Two ice cream enthusiasts living in Brooklyn, NY.  We started this blog to chronicle our ice cream making and tasting adventures.  We use a Cuisinart ICE-21 and ingredients purchased from regional producers at local farmer’s markets and neighborhood specialty shops whenever possible.  Our initial inspiration came from Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams at Home, but now we just make it up as we go.  While we are fans of dairy, we make alternate dairy frozen desserts to please our friends with dietary restrictions.
